During those times, Dr. Anthony became a Chief of Staff mentoring numerous doctors and managing staffs of veterinarians, technicians, and receptionists. Dr. Anthony opened and grew two Banfield Pet Hospitals from pre-opening to vibrant large practices.
Dr. Anthony has always loved emergency medicine and practiced it while doing routine preventative care after the initial first two years of emergency medicine after graduation. When the opportunity arose to open and operate a fully functional emergency hospital, she jumped on the opportunity.
